In Spring 2020 Abigail Dawn established Teagal eMagazine as a way to showcase her writing, art, and photography in paper format. Now it has become a digital home for Estrie creatives to create, and Estrie bookworms to read. More than just her writing, this eMagazine now works with writers, photographers, and artists in the Eastern Townships to publish their work and give it the space it needs to shine. The eMagazine has various genres of writing with each release. Belles-lettres (humanities), Storytelling (fiction & poetry), Lifestyle (guides), News Bulletin (News), Play (Games & Playlists), and Podcasts. The eMagazine is truly a digital magazine for the Estrie bookworm, designed to entice, captivate, and inform.
In December 2022, Abigail decided to change the purpose of the website. Instead of a strict magazine, it became Abigail’s Bookshelf, something free, fun, and without the pressure.
How to Access
The seasonal to monthly magazine can be accessed digitally via the website. Monthly releases are smaller than seasonal releases. Monthly releases usually include book reviews, submissions from writers, and/or news bulletin pieces. Seasonal releases have longer features, and more content. Digital subscribers have access to all of our articles via the website.
